Return and Refund Policies

I want you to love your product.

If you don't, please do not hesitate to contact me and we will do our absolute best to make it right.


To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Candles must be un-burned/un-lit and not melted.  

To complete your return, we require a receipt, proof of purchase or Order Number.


You, as the consumer, are responsible for shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you complete the return process, the original shipping cost charged at time of purchase will be deducted from your refund. 

You are also responsible for any additional customs and import duties or associated fees or taxes related to your purchase or return.

REFUNDS (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify that we have received your returned item we can process your refund.  Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. 

Please note - Depending on your bank, your time of receiving the credit may vary.
